Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Manager, you will:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create engaging and relevant content to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Utilize analytics tools to derive insights and optimize strategies for maximum outreach and engagement.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and/or a strong portfolio of social media projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- A strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
- Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
